LIVING BY GOD’S GRACE
Grace is favour, the free and undeserved help that God gives us to respond to his call to become children of God, adoptive sons and daughters, partakers of the divine nature and of eternal life.
Wikipedia defines divine grace as the divine influence which operates in humans to regenerate and sanctify, to inspire virtuous impulses, and to impart strength to endure trial and resist temptation; and as an individual virtue or excellence of divine origin.
Grace is "the love and mercy given to us by God because God desires us to have it, not necessarily because of anything we have done to earn it”. Election (2 Timothy 1:9) is the gracious purpose of God,
according to which He regenerates, justifies, sanctifies, and glorifies
sinners. It is consistent with the free agency of man, and comprehends all the
means in connection with the end.
TYPES OF GRACES
Sanctifying Grace:
The permanent disposition to remain in communion with God.
Actual Grace:

MATHEMATICAL REPRESENTATION OF THIS MESSAGE
Grace – God’s perpetual light and presence.
YOU + GRACE = PERFECTION
YOU – GRACE = STRUGGLE
CONCLUSION:
As Christ’s followers, we are meant to live a life of grace as He (Jesus Christ) did John 1:14.
Grace happens spiritually. One with grace isn’t defined by “Appearance”. When you have God’s grace, you make right decisions, you are guided, you will always be at the right place and time, you can see beyond the physical.
2 Corinthians 12:9 says But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Like in the book of Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
